Returns
Returns
Retail store purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following guidelines:
Items must be new and unused.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Items marked "Final Sale" (including "as is" items, Fsnova products, mystery boxes, and prototypes) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are subject to availability.
Want to return an online order to a retail store? No problem! Please return your online purchase to a store in an undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt. Please have your order number ready so we can expedite your refund.
Shipping Claims: If you purchased Checkout+ "Free Return Shipping and Package Protection" with your order, please submit your shipping claim through the portal below. If you did not use Checkout+ and wish to report a shipping issue, please contact us directly by filling out our contact form. Please note: Claims for non-covered orders may not be processed.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be issued immediately. Merchandise credit refunds will be issued as a digital gift card code, valid for one year, and sent to your email address immediately after your return has been scanned for in-transit status.
Original amounts paid with gift or merchandise credits and credit/debit cards will be refunded first to the original gift/credit card, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the credit/debit card.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return after it arrives at our facility.
